Apology Message for Wrong Invitation

#1

Dear Mrs. Burdette, it has come to my attention that our company sent you the wrong invitation that was meant for administration employees only. Considering the fact that you’re on our I.T team on an absolutely different level, please accept our heartfelt apology for this wrong invitation to the annual party. We hope to see you at your department’s party soon.

This apology message is for Olivia Rogers; head of the Communication and Skills department on behalf of Professor G.I Joe for the wrong invitation. Our department’s head was not aware that this invitation was only meant to be for a certain group of individuals excluding the Communication and Skills dept. We apologize for the misunderstanding and confusion our previous message caused you.

Good afternoon, this is Ann Hawks. I realized I mistakenly sent you an e-invite to my birthday party. As the matter of fact is, I mistook you for my cousin whose first and last name matches yours. I apologize for the sudden surprise of the e-invite and now this message. I hope you ignore the invite and pardon me for the misunderstanding.

Good evening, Ross, this is Maya from the Health is Wealth department. We had a party for all the colleagues of Grand Wellness Hospital as you saw on the invite, I mistakenly sent you. Your name was saved on my phone as one of the employees and I later learned that you’re my college class fellow and not an employee of my hospital. I hope everything is going well at your own hospital. I apologize for the wrong invitation.

Hi there. I just checked my sent folder and saw that I have sent a stranger an invite to my wedding party. I’m sorry for the confusion. I didn’t mean to scare you like that. I hope you ignore the invite and have a great day!

Dear Mrs. Barsha, I’m sure you have received a letter by now from the Dogs Are Family company which included an invite to our oldest dog Mike’s birthday. Well, I hate to break it to you, but those invites were all for the employees and the families of our wonderful dogs. As much as you might be thrilled to get an invite to an open house for dogs and their owners at the Grand Plaza, I regret to inform you that it’s not possible for us to adjust your spot. I apologize for the wrong invitation.

Dear client, we apologize on behalf of the company for sending you the wrong invitation. We know how hard it must be for you to the first plan for the invite and now to cancel it. We are profoundly sorry for the mistake and hope to never commit one again. Thank you for being understanding!
