After evaluating your last month’s performance the company had been noticing your commitment and behavior. I am remorseful to let you know that you disappointed us and there came no change in your work performance.

You have been caught threatening your team head to correct your mistakes. This company is not your personal property that you will run in your way. It has placed some boundaries for its employees that nobody is allowed to cross. Despite being deferential, you browbeat him.

As a junior, it should be on your priority list to have self-respect for other employees. We are forgiving you this time but if next any such incident occurs you will not be notified priory. It is my sincere advice to adhere strictly to the company’s rules.

This message is a warning to you for your intimidating behavior with fellow workers. I was reported that you are involved in bullying Miss Katherine who is newly appointed. You body-shamed her and were disrespectful. It seems that you need to learn basic manners of behaving ethically.

If you want to continue with us then do not forget your limits. Learn to respect the boundaries of others and not pull others’ legs. We have zero tolerance for such behavior. Consider this message as a warning and do not harass others.

Further incidents of such kind will result in legal action. So, please be mindful of your actions.

On account of your bad conduct, this warning message has been issued to you. You mistreated Mr. Steward using abusive language. You were reported drunk and when the supervisor corrected you, you abused him. Such an incident has never been reported before in the organization. It has left an impression on our customers as well as the staff.

Our organization runs with the cooperation of its employees. It is our utmost duty to provide our employees with the respect they need. Your actions have made us disappointed. The matter has been reported to concerned authorities and soon they will announce their verdict.

I am Mandel Paul, owner of the house in which you are currently residing. I visited the apartment yesterday and was shocked to know that the house is damaged badly. I found broken ceilings and chipping off tiles. There were ink marks on the wall and the TV lounge’s carpet was cut into two halves. Please consider this message as my serious warning as I want you to repair the damage. It is included in our signed contract that you will be accountable for any vandalization in the house.

I am giving you three weeks to get the repairs done. Next month, if I find the house in the same condition then legal proceedings will be taken against you.

My focal person visited your apartment yesterday and reported to me that the apartment is in defacement condition. The handle of the main gate was missing and there were a lot of scratches on it. There was water leakage in the bathrooms and sinks were clogged. The wooden tiles in the drawing room were struck off from the floor. You are accountable for all this damage and it was mentioned in your tenancy agreement. I had constructed the apartment with much love but you considered it a public property.

I want my tenants to consider it as their own home and keep it with care. Please contact the plumber to repair the damages and pay the expenses on your own. Dereliction of it will bear severe consequences. I want you to take this message seriously.

This is to state that many complaints have been made against you for physically abusing your fellow workers. This message intends to warn you of transgressing the company’s policies. Your misdemeanor is intentional violation and waywardness from your tasks. You were asked to submit your project’s part before the deadline but you physically abused your manager.

This action needed immediate exemption but I am giving you a last chance to improve your behavior. We do not allow our employees to abuse others as it is strictly prohibited. Kindly visit me tomorrow along with an explanatory note for your unprofessional behavior. Failure to comply with the warning will have its repercussions.
