With a heavy heart, I am writing this message to let you know that by the end of this month I am leaving my position of assistant director in the ABC organization. It was a great honor for me to serve the organization for the past 10 years. I will be in a new position in XYZ organization from next month. During my tenure here, I enjoyed it a lot and I really appreciate the ambiance that I have been provided. I worked with talented and enthusiastic workers. Thanks to all of you for providing me with your continuous guidance and support during my time in this organization. I will miss my company and colleagues at the new place, but I am looking forward to meeting new challenges that are up to my way. Dear all, hope you find this message in the best of your health. This message has been written to let you notify that on the 15th of this month I am retiring from my position of area manager. I have enjoyed the time spent here and I am bountiful for having the opportunity to work with such talented and hardworking people. I will never forget your professionalism and benevolent nature whenever we worked as a team on any project. I want to take this moment to bring in your kind notice that it was interesting and loving to work here and it is difficult for me to say goodbye. It is always not easy to bear farewell to the people whom you love the most. I will always carry your memories with me, and you all have a special place in my heart, and it cannot be replaced. It was really a privilege for me that I got the chance to work with such a wonderful team. I really love the farewell dinner arranged by Mr. Steward on my last day. I wish you all many successes in the future.

As I am moving on to the next phase of my career, so I want to thank you for all that you have done for me. I really enjoyed working with you and I cannot forget this. I am leaving with a sad heart, but I am excited too for the next phase ahead of me. I hope that with your prayers I can face any difficulty that will be in my way.

The saddest part of being a professional life is to say goodbye to your colleagues. Professional life is always repeated with people who come and go in our lives. As I am moving from here, I will remember all of you in my memory, and I will always remain indebted to you for the wonderful time that we have spent together. I have been provided here many opportunities regarding my personal as well as professional growth and I cannot thank you enough for all this.

I am writing this message to say thanks to all of you for making my time wonderful in the organization. I am leaving this organization on 12th March as I am moving towards Manchester where I have been appointed as area manager in ABC Organization. I was given the opportunity to work with wonderful and cooperative colleagues like you. I will always miss working with such a wonderful team of people.

Finally, my last day in the organization has come and I am leaving with tears in my eyes. It was an honor for me to work with you and I am thankful to Mr. Adam to make me a part of his wonderful team and for trusting my abilities. Many thanks to all of you for supporting me and making my time memorable.

The time for my moving towards a new place has come and I am really saddened to leave this organization. I am departing carrying the wonderful memories of my time during my tenure here. It is always challenging to start a new chapter of life. I will miss working with all of you as the environment I had been provided here cannot be compared with any other place. I have made so many wonderful friends here that provided me with their full assistance. I cannot forget the day I joined here as an internet, and I didn’t know that I am going to be a part of this organization for the next seven years. This organization was like a second home to me.
