With due respect, this message has been written to bring to your notice my poor health. For the past few days, I have not been doing well. I consulted a physician in this regard and have been diagnosed with a stomach ulcer. He has recommended some more tests to me to know the root cause of this problem. Hence, it would be impossible for me to come to the office in this condition as I am becoming lethargic nowadays. They have recommended me two weeks of proper rest; therefore, it is my humble request to you grant me a few days’ leaves. I will always remain indebted to you for this favor.

This message serves to let you know about my leave from the workplace as I have to attend my best friend’s wedding. Martha is my school buddy and we have been on good family terms for more than twenty years. She is more like a sister to me. On the 15th of this month, her wedding is going to take place and she has handed over all the responsibilities to me. I am writing this message with a heavy heart and shivering hands to let you know that yesterday on my way back home I met with a severe accident. My motorbike banged with a car that was coming from the other side. I could not control myself to save myself hit in the car and it resulted in form of multiple injuries on my body. I was taken to a nearby hospital where after initial treatment doctors prescribed me two weeks of complete rest. You can contact Alice during my absence as he can carry through all the remaining tasks. I am hopeful that he will not disappoint you and I would be back to my work once my situation gets better. I am passing through the toughest phase of my life and need your prayers in this regard.

It has been more than two years now that we were planning a trip with the family but each time, we ended up canceling the plan. Last year due to lockdown and Covid it could not be possible. On 23rd April there is my birthday and I want to take my family on a trip to the Northern area. I want your favor in this regard if you sanction me one week leave. I will resume my office duties once I come back from the trip.

Hello Sir, hope you have been doing well. This message serves to ask for your favor regarding my leave from workplace ash I have bad health nowadays. I didn’t take any leave for the past six months and worked continuously. As a result, it has affected badly on my health. I have taken an appointment with my family doctor, and he will do all my tests. I want seven days’ leave in this regard as it will also give me some time to relax.
