This message is to let you know all about the changing office hours that will be implemented on 25-03-20XX. This new timing has been set upon the consent of all of you and its details had been discussed in yesterday’s meeting. The new timings for the day shift will be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and for the night shift, it will be from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
I hope that you can set your schedule according to new timings and will be happy with it. If anyone has any problem then he can let me know. From Monday 25-03-20XX you all have to be present in the office at 9:00 am. The timings are unchangeable and no amendment will be made to it.

This is to inform you all that with effect from Monday 8-08-20XX there will be new office timings as per suggested an annual meeting by the board of directors. This meeting was held yesterday and according to it, day shift timings will be from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. You will be given 30 minutes break from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm and similarly, night shift timings will be from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
All the employees of ABC Company are directed to follow new timings as per the date mentioned above. No change in shifts will be made and the timings will remain the same for the next four months. You are all requested to manage in that way.

This message means to bring to your kind attention that from 31-08-20XX the office hours will be according to the new schedule. The timings will be from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Half an hour break will also be given.
All the personnel and staff members are requested to come on time as mentioned above. No changes will be made in shifts and you have to come a little earlier before the actual time. As you all know well that summer season is about to come so there will be slight changes in working hours. This matter has also been discussed in the board of directors meeting on 25-04-20XX and this is the final decision, no amendment will be made to it. You have to adjust yourself to new timings. The new timings will start on Monday 03-05-20XX from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The timing is equal for all staff members and you are requested to be on time in office on the above-mentioned date.

To tackle the increasing customer behest for our services, there have been made slight changes in operating hours. The old timings were from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and now it will be from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. These new timings will enable us to have more interaction with our customers. We always keep the best interest of our customers in mind. These changes will take effect from 03-08-20XX. No other changes have been made except increasing operating hours. To avail of our services, you may visit the office during these hours.

This is a general notice to all concerned members and staff of ABC Organization that from Tuesday 26-08-20XX there will be new office timings. It is mandatory for all of you to follow these timings. It has been set keeping in view the ease of you. Kindly make yourself cozy with new timings.
