Hello all, I am writing this message to bid farewell to you and want to let you know that I am leaving my post of assistant manager. Tomorrow will be my last working day in the organization. It was a great pleasure for me to work for this organization and I admire having had the amazing chance to work with you. During the past four years, you provided me with all kinds of encouragement, guidance, and support and it made me capable to excel in the projects I was being offered. I have experienced unique team spirit and comradeship with many of you and I want to keep it continued for many years to come even when I will not be in the organization. I am looking for a new position that will bring a lot of challenges for me and will add manifold exposure to my career. I wish all of you and the organization success in future endeavors. I will miss working with all of you.

After three years of the memorable and exciting period, I am bidding farewell to ABC Organization to pursue better career possibilities. As I am moving on, I would like to spare a moment to cherish the wonderful time we have spent together. It was a great experience interacting with all of you. I will miss all of you here and I am looking forward to meeting new challenges at the start of my career.

As in the last meeting I had informed you that my last working day in the organization will be on 22nd February. Today I want to take a few minutes to pay my gratitude and thoughts to all of you for being a wonderful part of your organization for the past three years. It was an honor for me to work with you and I am extremely satisfied as I have gained enjoyable experience here. I thank you for your emboldening and support during my tenure here. It is time for me to meet new opportunities, although it was very difficult to take such a decision, it took a lot of deliberation. I think this decision of mine will prove beneficial for me in meeting my career objectives. I want to do my best in executing my current responsibilities and ensuring a well-ordered transition. I would like to thank Jackson, Mathew, and Joseph for guiding and helping me during all these years. I would like to pay my gratitude to all of you for being a wonderful team.

In our meeting with Mr. Hutcheon, I had informed all of you that I am moving towards a new challenging position in XYZ Organization next week. 3rd August will be my last working day with you, and I am writing this message to pay my regards to all of you for being a remarkable team. It was a splendid experience working with you during these years and I will miss the perseverance, warmth, vehemence, and exuberance you brought to me. I thank all of you throughout for your assistance and I hope you will continue extending your coopetition with the succeeding manager too. I wish you all the very best in your future endeavors.

As many amongst you know that today is my last working day in the office. Before leaving I want to take a moment to let all of you know that it was great merriment to work with you. I have worked here for almost ten years, and I knew that one day I will leave the organization. This dream has come to its realization. Without your unstoppable support, it was difficult for me to achieve success. Words cannot describe my gratitude for you. Especially, I would like to thank Mr. Joseph aside from Mr. Andrew, as in the age where flounder is common you thoroughly impressed me with an out-an-out magnitude of your intolerance and misinformation for true aptitude. It requires an indestructible man to acknowledge his mistake.

As you know my time at XYZ Organization is going to end in a couple of days. It is still unbelievable for me, but it was intense delectation working with you during the past five years. It is hard to digest thinking about farewell, but I am excited too to move on to the next place and I will really miss all of you. I cannot forget the time we spent brainstorming and weekends will not be the same now without our beach parties. I want to thank all of you for providing me wonderful ambiance and it was a second home to me. I will surely make the best use of my abilities wherever I go and the credit of all this only goes to Mr. ABC, CEO of the organization. I want to be in touch with all of you. Thank you for being wonderful comrades.

As today is my last working day in the office, I want to let you know how much you mean to me and I have enjoyed a lot working here. It was a wonderful experience working under your leadership. Your guidance supported me a lot over the past five years. These years will always remain valuable to me, and I regard this time with extreme recognition. I was bestowed with the best team here and I will miss all of you.
